This year of 2023 starts with an exciting milestone for MLO as we celebrate the admission of two new Partners to the partnership. It is with great pride that we announce the promotion of Fajar Ardianto, S.H., M.H. and Arif Wicaqsana, S.H., M.H. as Partners.
Our new Partners have distinguished themselves through their ability for smart and hard work, passion, and commitment to quality is shown by the impact they have made on our clients, and colleagues. They demonstrate MLO values by delivering exceptional services to clients and providing support within MLO.
Fajar Ardianto, S.H., M.H.
Fajar has been with MLO since 2009. He completed his Bachelor of Law degree at the Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia and Magister of Law degree at the University of Gadjah Mada and is registered as a member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
Fajar is a seasoned commercial litigator and has more than 14 years of experience covering several business sectors. His mastery is in commercial litigation, restructuring & insolvency, employment, and general corporate practice. He has been proactively contributing to our client’s success in their legal and business purposes especially in long standing experience in court procedure and its practice in Indonesian law.
Arif Wicaqsana, S.H., M.H.
Arif has been with MLO since 2010. He completed his Bachelor of Law degree at the University of Padjadjaran and Magister of Law degree at the University of Indonesia and registered as a member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
Arif has been practicing more than 12 years in a wide range of business sectors with major expertise in general corporate, corporate transaction and restructuring, investment, procurement, electricity, and engineering, procurement and construction projects. His scope covers, among others, assistance to our clients in large scale engineering, procurement and construction projects, such as Landed Power Plant, Barge Mountain Power Plant, Mobile Power Plant, Floating Power Plant, and many other related construction projects.
Again, we are very delighted in congratulating our new two Partners on this major accomplishment.
