This June of 2023 starts with an exciting milestone for MLO as we announce the appointment of Ratu Aini Kun, S.H., M.H. and Septiani Dwi Astila, S.H., M.A.B. as our new Partners.
Ratu and Septiani have distinguished themselves through their ability of smart and hard work, passion, as well as commitment to provide quality by the impact they have made on our clients, and colleagues. They also demonstrate MLO’s values by delivering exceptional services to clients and providing support within MLO team.
Ratu Aini Kun, S.H., M.H.
Ratu has joined MLO since 2014. She completed both her bachelor and master of Law degrees at Padjadjaran University. She is a registered member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
Ratu has more than 10 years of experience in several business sectors particularly infrastructure and electricity sectors, and has played pivotal roles in some of high profile power projects in Indonesia. She has been giving legal advices relating to procurement of independent power producer (IPP) projects as well as other related works (including power purchase agreement drafting and negotiation).
Septiani Dwi Astila, S.H., M.A.B.
Septiani has been with MLO since 2016. She completed her Bachelor of Law degree from Padjadjaran University and Magister of Business Administration degree from the School of Business Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung. She is registered as a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
Septiani has more than 13 years of vast experience particularly in energy sectors, including geothermal, gas, and coal mining. Her track records with MLO also comprise provision of legal advices in procurement and contracts pertaining to power projects, including for the relevant supporting infrastructures, transmission, shipping, etc.
Again, we are very delighted in congratulating our new Partners on this major accomplishment. We do believe that with their expertise, this new partnership could escalate our level of contribution and supports to our clients and colleagues and bring further success to MLO.
