Jonny Sinaga

Jonny Sinaga has vast experience in diplomacy and consular affairs, for more than 19 years. Before joining MLO, Jonny has built solid career in government institutions, by firstly joining the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in 1998. His main expertise is in international diplomacy, but he also had been assigned to deal with legal affairs at Indonesian Diplomatic Missions Overseas. He had been entrusted as Political and Consular Officer, in various Indonesian Embassies. His highest achievement in government institutions was becoming the Head of Political Affairs at Permanent Mission of the Republic of Indonesia to the United Nations, New York. He was also appointed twice as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Indonesia to Republic of Argentina and Vice Ambassador for the Republic of Japan. He graduated from Faculty of Law, Indonesia University in 1987, Tulane Law School, New Orleans, USA for Master of International Law in 1992 and took one year Post Graduate Course in Diplomacy at  Ministry of Foreign Affairs Staff and Leadership School, Jakarta in 2008.
