This year starts with an exciting milestone for MLO as we celebrate the admission of two new Partners to the partnership. It is with great pride that we announce the promotion of Widya Sari, S.H., M.M. and Diana Marissa, S.H. as Partners.
Our new Partners have distinguished themselves through their ability to inspire those around them. Their hard work, passion, and commitment to quality is shown by the impact they have made on our clients, colleagues, and communities in which we operate. They demonstrate our firm’s values by delivering exceptional services to clients and providing support and mentorship within the firm.
Widya Sari, S.H., M.M.
Widya has been with the firm since 2009. She completed her Bachelor of Law degree and Magister Management degree at the University of Indonesia and is registered as a member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
She has more than 13 years of experience covering several business sectors. Her mastery is in general corporate, energy, and gas sectors. She has been proactively contributing to our client’s success in their legal and business purposes especially in projects related to management policy, capital market, and infrastructure (including those related to power transmission, gas, and vessels).
Diana Marissa, S.H.
She first joined the firm in 2011. She completed her Bachelor of Law degree at the University of Padjadjaran and is registered as a member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
Marissa has been practicing more than 14 years in a wide range of business sectors with major expertise in energy, electricity, and geothermal projects. Her scope covers, among others, assistance to our clients in procurement process of independent power producers, preparation of transaction documents for geothermal projects, and preparing documents related to project finance for power transactions.
Again, we are very delighted in congratulating our new two Partners on this major accomplishment. We do believe that with this new partnership, we could escalate our level of contribution and supports to our clients, colleagues, and communities.
